Deal News

  • Slam Corp. (SLAM) announced a deal to acquire Lynk Global, Inc., a satellite telecom provider. The deal reflects a pre-money enterprise value of $800mm and is expected to close in 2H 2024.

  • Perception Capital Corp. III (PFTA) announced a deal to acquire RBio Energy, a newly-formed company based in Washington state with the intent to develop, acquire, and consolidate biorefinery, biogas, and biomass assets. The deal reflects an anticipated equity value of $350mm and is expected to close in Q2 2024.

Deal Closings & Approvals

  • Oxus Acquisition Corp. (formerly OXUS) closed its acquisition of Borealis Foods on Wednesday 2/7/2024 with less than 1% of public shares remaining. Ordinary shares and warrants are now trading on the NASDAQ as “BRLS” and “BRLSW.”

  • Aurora Technology Acquisition Corp. (formerly ATAK) closed its acquisition of DIH Holding on Wednesday 2/7/2024 with 2% of public shares remaining. Ordinary shares and warrants are now trading on the NASDAQ as “DHAI” and “DHAIW.”
