Goldenstone Acquisition Ltd. (GDST) announced a deal to acquire Roxe Holding, a blockchain-based payments company. The deal reflects an enterprise value of $3.6bn and is expected to close in Q1 2023.

Adara Acquisition Corp. (ADRA) announced a deal to acquire Alliance Entertainment, a distributor and wholesaler of music, movies, video games, electronics, arcades, and collectibles. The deal reflects an equity value of $480mm and is expected to close in Q4 2022.

Freedom Acquisition I Corp. (FACT) signed a LOI to acquire Human Longevity, a company that uses data-driven health tools to reduce the impact of preventable age-related chronic diseases.

EJF Acquisition Corp. (formerly EJFA) closed its acquisition of Pagaya Technologies on Wednesday 6/22/2022. Redemption statistics were not provided. Ordinary shares and warrants are now trading on the NASDAQ as “PGY” and “PGYWW.”

Gores Guggenheim, Inc. (formerly GGPI) closed its acquisition of Polestar on Thursday 6/23/2022 with approximately 80% of public shares remaining. Ordinary shares and warrants are now trading on the NASDAQ as “PSNY” and “PSNYW.”

Agrico Acquisition Corp. (RICO) shareholders approved the company’s acquisition of Kalera at a meeting Thursday 6/23/2022. Redemption statistics were not provided and no closing timeline was given.
